Sri Alluri Venkateshwara Rao garu Chairman, Avanthi Feeds Limited, Kovvur has established AVR Trust in February 1999 with the sole aim of starting a degree college at Kovvur. The objectives for which the trust is formed are: To establish, maintain, run educational institutions and to contribute funds to any institution carrying on the similar objects. To establish, maintain, run educational institutions and to contribute from *****out of the trust**** funds to any institution carrying on the similar objects. To grant scholarships to the poor and meritorious students for their studies in India. To provide relief either financially or in any other manner to the victims and sufferers in any natural calamity. To provide Medical Relief for the poor by way of contributions or by establishing Hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers Note:- The objects mentioned in articles (A) to (D) Supra shall be independent of each other and the Board of Trustees are hereinafter constituted may from time to time, apply the funds of the Trust in carrying out all or any of the aforesaid objects of the Trust as it may in its absolute discretion deem fit.
