Overview
Ahmedabad Institute of Medical Sciences (AIMS), Ahmedabad, is a reputed educational institution committed to excellence in healthcare education and professional development. The institute is managed by the charitable trust Garvi Gujarat Medical & Educational Foundation, which has continuously worked towards promoting quality education and healthcare services for society. Since its establishment, AIMS has focused on providing student-centered education with strong academic values, modern infrastructure, and quality clinical exposure. The institute started the Bachelor of Physiotherapy (B. Physiotherapy) course in the year 2006 with the vision of preparing competent and compassionate physiotherapy professionals capable of serving the healthcare sector with dedication and clinical expertise. To further strengthen advanced education and specialization in physiotherapy, the institute introduced the Master of Physiotherapy (M. Physiotherapy) course in 2011. Since then, AIMS has played a significant role in developing highly skilled physiotherapy professionals through academic excellence, practical training, research activities, and professional ethics.
