ABOUT

Overview

Anjar Education Society is a registered public trust founded in the year 1972, the sole purpose being the upliftment of education and the educational standards of the town. The society began its activities by running various coaching/typing classes, book distribution and counseling of students. Later it was instrumental in getting the SSC center for Anjar town and also arranged for the boarding and lodging of the out station SSC candidates. In the year 1990 it established the first English medium school at Anjar. This fulfilled a long-standing public desire and today the same English School (Smt. K. G. Manek English School) has carved out a place of its own.
