Overview

Anna Vinayagar college of Education is a Self – Finance College located in the coastal area at Ganapathipuram in Kanyakumari District. In 2005 there was only one B.Ed. college in the entire district of Kanyakumari. It was a dire necessity for more B.Ed. Colleges. The Champion School aims at offering all our students a broad and balanced curriculum that provides rewarding and stimulating activities to prepare them for the best social and cultural life. Anna Vinayagar college of Education is a Self – Finance College located in the coastal area at Ganapathipuram in Kanyakumari District, Tamilnadu. Ganapathipuram beach is literally called as Aayiramkaal Pozhimugam and this area is affected by Tsunami. Thirunainarkurichi, the birth place of Divine Poet Thiruvalluvar is just 6 Kms away from our college location. Our college was established in 2007 and offers Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) Programme. It was initially affiliated to Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, Tirunelveli and then to TamilNadu Teachers Education University, Chennai.
