Overview

The Aurora’s Design Academy, Hyderabad, is one of the many premier institutions of the Aurora’s group of colleges. Located in a prime locality at the heart of the city, at Banjara Hills, the campus is spread across a vast area of 4200 sq.yards.The environs here, with abundant formal, semi-formal and informal learning areas, are most suited to an enriching learning experience. We at ADA, aim to serve as an atelier for higher learning in the sphere of architecture. Here, we encourage pluralism in design outcomes. The school reinforces the pivotal importance of space, genus loci, people, culture, and technology in shaping the built environment around us. At ADA, the students are encouraged to take up independent thinking and alternate, attractive, and viable solutions to real world problems particular to the Indian sub-continent. Solutions fostering sustainability, energy conscious designing, low carbon and ecological footprint, localism, contemporaneous expression of traditional practice, are particularly encouraged.
