Overview

Auxilium Junior College, Goalpara, managed by the Salesian Sisters of Don Bosco, is an International Organization founded in Italy in the 1872 by St. John Bosco (Don Bosco), the great modern educator, in collaboration with St. Mary Mazzarello who is the Co-foundress of the Institute. The educational philosophy of Don Bosco, known as the "Preventive System", his spiritual heritage, based on Reason, Religion and Loving kindness continue to spire all our educational initiatives. Auxilium Junior College, Solmari, Goalpara established in 2016 by the Salesian Sisters of Guwahati Province which has its Provincial Head Quarters at Guwahati, Assam. It is owned and managed by them and is a registered body under Societies Registration Act, 1860,No.RS/KAM/240/K/74 of 2000-2001. The primary aim of Auxilium Junior College is to impart integral formation to all who are admitted to this institution and to introduce young people to higher education and promote their holistic development. The constant effort of the Management and well trained staff is to ensure the integral education of the students and bring out those qualities which are the best and nobles in them. Special attention is given to ensure a high standard of morality, personality and discipline in the college. It is our endeavor to form the students into good and honest citizens, capable of reaching out to our less fortunate brothers and sisters. Auxilium Junior College, Goalpara, is affiliated to Assam Higher Secondary Education Council. The course of instruction comprises of education prescribed by the Council. It offers Arts and Commerce Stream.
