(Recognized by Govt. of Maharashtra, Approved by AICTE New Delhi, Affiliated to Rashtrasant Tukdoji Maharaj Nagpur University, Nagpur) Yeshwant Rural Education Society (Yeshwant Gramin Shikshan Sanstha) was founded with an objective to cater to the needs of rural area population in terms of educational facilities especially in remote villages of Wardha District. Yeshwant Rural Education Society (Yeshwant Gramin Shikshan Sanstha) was founded with an objective to cater to the needs of rural area population in terms of educational facilities especially in remote villages of Wardha District. The concept of society was conceived by Shri Bapuraoji Deshmukh, a close associate and a true follower of Mahatma Gandhi and Ex-Member of Parliament. He established this Society with a firm belief that Teaching is a Mission and not a Profession! in the year 1959. The Yeshwant Rural Education Society is registered on 14-09-1959 under the Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860 with Registration Number E 75/59 and registered on 13-07-1961 under Bombay Public Trust Act XXIX of 1950 at the Public Registration Office Nagpur Region, Nagpur with Registration Number F-2(W).
