Overview

South India’s first and only Architecture School dedicated to Sustainable Development. Bearys Enviro-Architecture Design School is a progressive School of Architecture, with its overarching mission of environmental consciousness embedded in the name of the institution. The seed of imparting quality education especially to the have-nots was sown way back in 1906 when our late grandfather Kote Sufi Saheb, set-up a primary school in our village of Kodi in coastal Karnataka. Since its establishment, the Bearys Group has embraced it as a core organizational value and assiduously committed itself to imparting quality education and providing equal opportunity to one and all.Our 116-year eventful journey to educational excellence now includes 22 institutions of higher learning, over 6000 students and 23,000 alumni, who have done us proud, in diverse walks of life. Bearys Institute of Technology (BIT) and Bearys Enviro-Architecture Design School (BEADS) are the flagbearers of the Bearys educational endeavour.BEADS is unique and different.
