Eligibility Criteria LL.B. : Three Year Degree Course The candidates who have passed graduate degree from any recognized university with minimum 45% marks (40% marks for S.C./S.T/PH) are eligible to apply. B.A.LL.B. : Five Year Integrated Course The candidates who have passed 10+2 examination with minimum 45% marks (40% marks for S.C./S.T/PH) and should not be above 20 years of age (22 Year for SC/ST/OBC) on first of July of the year of admission. Syllabus The syllabus for teaching law classes is prescribed by the Punjabi University which has adopted the Bar Council of India with permissible modifications. Please check here punjabiuniversity.ac.in The schedule for the teaching of classes is fixed by the Punjabi University, Patiala to which Bhai Gurdas College of Law, Sangrur is affiliated. The teaching schedule is as per the norms of the U.G.C. adopted by Punjabi University, Patiala. Generally teaching for odd semester commence in the month of July and ends in the last week of November. The teaching for even semester commence in the first week of January and ends in the month of May.
