M. Munshi on 7th November 1938. Dr. Rajendra Prasad the first president of India laid the foundation stone of the Bhavan’s Delhi Kendra on 31st March 1952, inaugurated Delhi Kendra on 16thMay 1957. What began as a modest effort of a visionary has now become a global network comprising 114 centers in India and 7 centers overseas.
