ABOUT

Overview

A group of teachers founded a Non-profit Public Charitable Trust named Bhuvana Jyothi Education Trust® in 2004. In furtherance to its objectives, trust has constituted Bhuvana Jyothi Residential School affiliated to Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi to students of classes 5 to 10. Every year, about 600 students from all regions of Karnataka study here. Bhuvana Jyothi Institute of Legal Studies a law college is constituted in the year 2024 to impart legal education to the aspirants. The institute is affiliated to Karnataka State Law University, Hubballi and Approved by the Bar Council of India, New Delhi from academic year 2024-25 onwards. The institute is located at Shirthady village of Moodbidri Taluq in Dakshina Kannada district. The campus is located 1 km away from Shirthady bust stand in the Moodbidri-Hosmar Road. The institute is situated just 11 kms away from National Highway No.13 Moodbidri and about 25 kms away from National Highway No.13 Karkala. The college campus is surrounded by a green landscape free from noise and air pollution.
