Overview

Chanakya Teachers Training College has been set up under the aegises of Aryabrata Charitable Trust to give a boost to the educational environment of Madhupur in general and to the unemployed youth in particular. Madhupur has been widely acclaimed as an educational centre having highly reputed schools. Both CBSE and ICSE have stipulated B.Ed as the minimum qualification for teachers. But in the absence of a professional college offering such courses, the educated unemployed boys and girls of Madhupur and the surrounding areas are either not in a position to apply for such jobs or are forced to relocate to other cities to do this course, facing innumerable hardships and financial burdens. Chanakya Teachers Training College is set to overcome this area by offering it’s students a career oriented educational programme which would help them get placements in govt. and private schools/colleges thereby giving them an opportunity to carve a bright future for themselves and also garner a means for livelihood.
