Don Bosco English Medium School This beautiful idea of education had a profound meaning, and not long ago, in 1983, the modest quiet hamlet of Shirva awoke to the demand for providing education to the local youngsters through the medium of English. The older generation longed to see and hear their children acquire the language they had lost, and so saw it as an impediment that many encountered in their careers when they relocated to the city searching for brighter pastures. They didn’t miss out on the chance to make their aspirations a reality.

Their ambitions, contributions, and perseverance allowed the then-Founder Correspondent, Late Rev. Fr. Aloysious Rosario, who had secretly wished to build an English Medium School in Shirva, to realize his dream.
