Overview
Dr. Ambedkar Memorial Institute of Information Technology & Management Science (DAMITS), Jagda, Rourkela - 42 was founded in 2000-01. Its MCA & MBA course are approved by AICTE, New Delhi, recognized by the Govt. of Orissa and affiliated to Sambalpur University and Biju Pattnaik University of Technology, Rourkela, Odisha. Set up under the aegis of Dr. Ambedkar Memorial Social, Welfare & Educational Trust and established in the year 2001, Dr. Ambedkar Memorial Institute of Information Technology & Management Science (DAMITS), is the only institute of its kind to provide Professional, Technological Education to different segments of the society keeping in view the socio-economic policies of the government. Ours is a full-fledged, NAAC Accredited, ISO 9001:2015 Certified, AICTE approved, Govt. of Odisha recognized and University Affiliated [Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT), Odisha and Sambalpur University, Burla] Institute which stands for its value-based Management System and Quality Education.
