About Gurukul Haripur

Gurukul Haripur is a private institution in Nuapada, Odisha, established in 2010. It is affiliated to Central Sanskrit University. Campusbells lists it under General.

Guided by the profound philosophy of the Vedas, Gurukul Haripur nurtures young minds in an environment that blends knowledge, discipline, and spirituality. Our mission is to inspire, educate, and empower the next generation of leaders grounded in wisdom and virtue.

Inspired by the Vedic prayer, “Sarve bhavantu sukhinah” (“May all be happy”), we aim to uplift not only our students but the community, society, and nation at large. Each student here is nurtured to make a positive impact on the world.

The Gurukul system dates back to ancient India, where students lived with their teachers (Acharyas) and absorbed life lessons alongside their studies. This immersive form of education is more relevant today than ever, fostering self-reliance, discipline, and wisdom.

Following the teachings of Maharshi Dayanand Saraswati, Gurukul Haripur upholds the “Back to Vedas” philosophy. We emphasize Vedic principles that help students navigate life’s challenges with resilience and moral strength.
