I sincerely appreciate IIMT Engineering College, Meerut, for organizing impactful events that bridge the gap between academics and industry. It was an honor to address the students during the HR Synergy Conclave, where we explored corporate expectations from freshers, essential skill sets, resume best practices, and interview strategies. The students' enthusiasm and curiosity were truly commendable, reflecting their eagerness to learn and grow. Such initiatives are instrumental in shaping future professionals, and I applaud the university's dedication to their holistic development.

Thank you for the opportunity!
