We at KSRM College of Management Studies believe in continuous and never ending improvement, for we are a learning organization. Life at the institution for us is a continuous struggle for self improvement. At KSRM we prepare our sojourn to the battlefield firmly confident of victory... fit to engage in combat fully determined, and to success, we know, we must not give up if we fail, we strive to be innovative for prejudices and preconceptions are self - limiting... like true strategist, we avoid imitation... Openness to change and new ideas is our forte. We carve our own future as every hero is the smith of his own fortune. What makes us unique is our spirit... we maintain cohesion under the murderous fire; we are not shaken by imaginary fears; we, proud of victories, will not lose the strength to obey, respect and trust our values we stand for. The institute offers a two year full time Master of Business Administration Program (MBA) on a semester pattern.
