He is the promoter of Swetha Educational Society which runs Women’s Engineering college and Management Institution in Karimnagar. Dr.P.Ravinder Rao is a dynamic and pragmatic leader having a vast experience in the field of education. He is a visionary with passion rendering services to the cause of education. He has been a source of inspiration and guiding spirit to various institutions running under his stewardship. He was an Executive Council member of Kakatiya University for a period of 9 years from 1999. In 1993, with a vision to create business professionals ventured to start Kakatiya institute of Management Studies (MBA College) and the college so far produced so many business management professionals and paved the way for many students to occupy good positions in reputed organizations in abroad and India
