Bharti Science College was established in 1984 formerly known as - Shri Mahant Dattaram Bharti Arts and Commerce College, Arni, District of Yavatmal of state Maharashtra. The college is run under the management of “Shri Datta Prasadik Shikshan Prasarak Mandal, Arni”. Shri Datta Prasadik Shikshan Prasarak Mandal, Arni is the only prominent institution providing facility of primary to higher education in the periphery of Arni, Dist. Yavatmal. A few decades pre and post independence, this remote area was under the influence of Naxlites. The Institute runs total 03 high schools, 02 junior colleges, 01 primary school, 01 English medium primary school, 01 boy’s hostel and 01 girl’s hostel With the encouragement of our former president- Late Rajkamalji Bharti, opened the corridor of higher education learning; accessible to all students in rural area of Arni. Most of the students are economically backward from Arni tehsil.
