Our parent organisation Latthe Education Society (a Jain Minority Institute) was established in 1951 with a view to bring social revival, generate good culture, self reliance and national integration among people. The Society was named after Late Annasaheb Latthe, the renowned politician, economist, social reformer and a great academician, in order to honour his noble vision and mission.

In continuation of the vision and mission, Latthe Education Society has established about 43 branches offering KG to PG courses in the disciplines of arts, commerce, science, education, engineering, law and medical as well. However, there was no separate college for girls and number of girls were deprived of higher education. Realising this, Latthe Education Society established a college for girls in Jaysingpur on 5th Sept., 1985 and opened the avenue of higher education. As a result thousands of girls from Jaysingpur and surrounding 45 villages could complete their higher education.
