Overview
Shri G.V.K Sinha, Founder-Lingaya’s Group of Institutions, was born to a freedom fighter in a village near Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. He was a noble soul; his upbringing had taught him to be selfless and eager to help others. Following his graduation from Mechanical Engineering and a brief stint as a field engineer in PWD , Prof. Sinha moved into the field of technical education. Before retiring, he spent 35 years advocating for technical education, and he continued to do so for another 10 years.. The Government of India recognized his technical education knowledge and experience, and he was appointed as a consultant for AICTE, India’s premier professional education authority. He left for his heavenly abode on 6th June 2011. His demise is a significant loss not only to his family but to the entire country. The motherland lost a noble son.
