It is established in the year 1974. The college is managed by Shri Saurashtra Educational Trust. Our Managing Trustee is Honorable Mr. Kiranbhai Patel. The college is a pioneer in the commerce Co-education institutions in Saurashtra region The College has contributed much to the society in form of their outstanding students who excelled in different Business, services and other different fields of life. The mission of the institute is to provide skill to make the student successful as a leader as well as an individual employee, to orient the students towards the community service, to provide sound knowledge and inculcate virtues. The college do not believe in placing candidates randomly just for the purpose of filling the vacancy, rather they screen the profiles of candidates and place them as per their skills, expertise and interests. The institute awarded by NAAC 'B' Grade.
