All these personalities were great visionaries who firmly believed that unless we open the channels of education from primary to higher level, the light of knowledge will not reach the to the common masses.

The followers of this tradition, Karmaveer Raosaheb Thorat, Karmaveer Ganpatdada More, D.R. Bhosale and others initiated the task of spreading education and established the ‘Udoji Martha Hostel’ in 1914. This was a significant beginning.
