The founder of MIT group of institutions, Prof. (Dr.) Vishwanath Karad with his vision to develop an excellent ambiance for academics and research conjugated with a vibrant environment to meet the challenges of the fiercely competitive world took initiative to impart quality education with easy access to the young generation and started MIT Arts, Commerce and Science College, Alandi Road, Pune, in 2007 under the aegis of Maharashtra Academy of Engineering and Educational Research (MAEER) Pune, affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University and recognized by the Government of Maharashtra The location of the college offers a perfect blend of peaceful environment ideal for imparting knowledge.
