Literally and, to a great extent, symbolically too, every creation reflects the transformation of the socio-cultural surroundings. These surroundings are, most often, the surroundings of the creator in which he lives and whose analogies and discrepancies he experiences. As a matter of fact, the more a creator understands his times and aligns himself with those times, the more acceptance and recognition he receives. Renowned socialist thinker, Late Shri Kapildev Singh, is no exception to the aforementioned fact. Owing to his highest social conceptions and his finest understanding of human values, his creation, the Women’s College, has in the present day become the crown jewel of Bahadiya.
