He was working as a lecturer in Chhattisgarh Institute Of Medical Science (CIMS). He had flair for urology so he left his permanent job and went for his higher studies in urology at the prestigious Amrita Institute Of Medical Sciences, Kochi. During his DNB training, he presented many papers, won many awards and many national and international fellowships.

After completing his training he joined Apollo Hospital, Bilaspur and also went to Taiwan for training in advanced laparoscopy. This new venture was started four years back as a urology center.
