The Institute is managed by Adhiparasakthi Charitable Medical, Educational and Cultural Trust, Melmaruvathur,Chengalpattu, Tamilnadu, India.

The Institute has slowly developed from a primary care into Tertiary care provider rendering all health care services including primary, secondary and tertiary care to the society.
