Modern College of Education, Malerkotla is governed by the management committee of 'Teesra Netar Educational & Social Society, Ranwan (Malerkotla), Distt. Sangrur (Ph.)'. The society is a registered body registered under Society Registration Act (XXI) of 1860. The society has members consisting of educationist and eminent personalities as Chairman, Director of the Society. The society is non-profit making body and is fed by guidance of Punjab's famous 'Modern Secular Educational Society, Dhuri" well known for the services in the field of education.
