Overview
In the classical language Sanskrit, Naipunnya means ‘dexterity’, ‘expertise’ or ‘mastery’. Naipunnya, as the name signifies, aims at professionalism, discipline and holistic development of the student. The Institute is unique in its approach towards professionalism whereby all get a platform to refine and mould their talents. Naipunnya School of Management Cherthala is a project of the Major Archeparchy of Ernakulam-Angamaly. It was established in Cherthala in 2003 under the visionary leadership of His Excellency Mar Thomas Chakiath who was the first president of Naipunnya Group of Institutions. Rev. Fr. Sebastian Kalapurackal was the first Director. His Beatitude Mar Raphael Thattil, the Major Archbishop of Ernakulam-Angamaly is the Chief Patron of and Co-Patron is Mar Joseph Pamplany, the Vicar of the Major Archbishop. Rev. Fr. Dr. Bennichan John Maramparampil serves as the Executive Director cum Principal and Rev. Fr. Ancil Maippan serves as the Joint Ex. Director while Rev. Fr. Ginu Chethimattam serves as Asst. Ex. Director.
