The teaching profession requires persons with the appropriate aptitude for the job and outlook towards life in general and learning in particular. Given the heterogeneity of the characteristics of the student teachers, the training programs need to be tailored to the characteristics of the student teachers and suitably adapted to their needs and requirements for the situations they would face in the professional sphere.

This is one of the best colleges in eastern India. This college is known for providing unique programs for B.Ed students. We have qualified and well experienced faculty to guide the students.
