Shri N.V. Natarajan, the visionary Founder & Chairman of Paavai Institutions, hails from Rasipuram in Namakkal District, Tamil Nadu. He was born to Shri Varadappa Gounder, an enterprising civil engineering contractor and sago factory owner, and Smt. Paavaiammal, a strong-willed and industrious woman. It is from them that he inherited the values of sincerity, dedication, and hard work.From a young age, Shri N.V. Natarajan was exposed to the workings of business and responsibility. Even as a school student, he managed the accounts of the family’s sago factory during evenings and holidays—an early introduction to the world of work and accountability.
