Overview

The College is managed by the Kasaragod Co Operative Educational Society Ltd. With the vision of its founder Adv. P Raghavan (Ex MLA) to provide uncompromised higher education facilities for the marginalized class in the region, the Society established in the year 1983 with its head quarters at Munnad. The Kasaragod Co Operative Educational Society Ltd established in the year 1983 with a view to contribute for the educational development of Kasaragod District. The Society now has 374 class ‘A’ members who collectively contribute the wellbeing of the region. The ultimate aim of the society is to provide quality education for the youth to contribute to their job career and also to uplift the living standard of the region. The Society had its first focus over Kasaragod taluk and now is widespread across the district in comparatively short span of time. The effort and work of the Society is focused on a period when a child get admitted in LKG will get a chance to study upto MBA in a single edu city called EMS Akshara Gramam, which is named after EMS Namboothirippad.
