The nation is basking in the glory of our new generation taking the world by storms. Our society is waking up to the reality that India needs Modern nursing which must be dynamic, therapeutic and educative in meeting the healthy needs of individuals , the family and the community. Nursing is one of the medical professions which functions in conjunction with other health care agencies in assisting individuals, families and communities to achieve and maintain desirable standards of health.

Shades NGO is a national level development organisation directly benefitting over 100,000 children and their families every year, through more than 200 live welfare projects on education, healthcare, livelihood and women empowerment. Children, their families and the community become the target group for Shades NGO activities as child education cannot be done in isolation and nothing else but education for children can bring long lasting change in the society.
