Overview

PRAYAGA TRUST, registered under the Trust Act 1882, was established to train commerce graduates in emerging economic opportunities. With new laws like GST, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, RERA, and SEBI’s liberalized norms, the demand for skilled professionals is rising. Our mission is to equip graduates with expertise in tax laws, corporate regulations, and financial markets. We also focus on SME exchanges, investment advisory, and intellectual property rights, ensuring young professionals can capitalize on national and global economic shifts effectively. Our mission at PRAYAGA FOUNDATION is to train commerce graduates to become industry-ready professionals. We focus on practical learning in key areas like GST, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Valuation Act, RERA Act, and financial markets. The vision of PRAYAGA TRUST is to train graduates especially from commerce stream in such a way that after their graduation they will be industry ready employable professionals.
