Our campus, our vision for teacher education, and the mission and objectives that guide the institution.
"A tranquil environment of 36,000 sq. ft. of land with a three-storey building encourages inner peace for study and creativity. The rural site is only half an hour from Motihari town and Raxaul in East Champaran, Bihar — with fresh air and greenery all around. The generous outdoor space encourages informal interaction between members of the community, irrespective of age. The Nepal border town of Birganj is also just half an hour away."
To be a centre of excellence in teacher education, and to produce human resources of exceptional leadership quality to serve the nation in making future citizens.
To provide quality, affordable education to less privileged sections of Indian society by leveraging every tool of modern education, and to help them find a place of dignity.
Sensitize teachers about emerging social issues — environment, gender equality, legal literacy, population — and develop proper professional approaches for dealing with them.
