Overview
Shri Baba Mastnath Ayurvedic College was established in 1957 by Mahant Shri Shryonath Ji, a well-known Vaidya with impeccable knowledge of Nadi Vigyan. The college was established for the welfare of the weakest section of the nation, especially the rural population. It is a pioneer Ayurvedic college in Haryana to initiate Ayurvedic education. The college is approved by NCISM and the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, New Delhi. It is one of the institutes in India that offers an undergraduate course in BAMS with an intake capacity of 100 seats. In addition, the college also offers postgraduate (MD) courses with a total of 35 seats in various subjects, including Rachna Sharir, Kriya Sharir, Agad Tantra, Samhita Siddhant, Kayachikitsa, Panchakarma, and Shalakya Tantra. The college has earned its reputation due to its well-equipped hospital with a central laboratory, pharmacy, herbal garden, and dedicated faculty and library. The institution has a total of 14 departments.
