Overview
The National Institute of Cooperative Management Gandhinagar is promoted by Gujarat State Cooperative Bank Ltd. in 1995 to provide management education, training, research, and consultancy support to the corporate world as well as to the cooperatives and rural development organizations in India. Notably, within the span of only three decades, the institute has achieved several milestones, earning recognition as one of the eminent institutes of higher education, and training. In the Gujarat State, it is recognized as one of the top five self-financed B-Schools. NICM Trust is founded by Gujarat State Cooperative Bank Ltd. To make the management of cooperative organizations more professional, it calls for matching the specific but unmet needs of the sector with the formal techniques and skills of the management profession. The short-term training programme helps the cooperators to enhance their knowledge, skills, and attitude.
