Shree Balvant Parekh Education Trust brings together the institutions known publicly as The Group of Parekh Colleges. Its story is one of continuity, expansion, and stronger local access to higher education across multiple disciplines.

The trust story begins with the need to expand quality higher education in and around Mahuva, especially for students who should not have to leave home to find serious academic opportunity.

Today the identity is broader: grant-in-aid and self-financed colleges, professional pathways, postgraduate options, and newer technical and legal routes under one trust umbrella.

The public value of SBPET is strongest when it is framed through affordability, scholarships, and the ability to move students from aspiration into real educational progression.

This timeline tracks how the trust widened academic access in Mahuva across grant-in-aid, self-financed, postgraduate, professional, and certificate pathways. It is designed to grow as new milestones are added.
