About St Anns High School

St Anns High School is a private school in Mangalore, Karnataka, established in 1988. Campusbells lists it under Primary/Secondary, with 1 school course: VIII to X.

Ann's High school started in this coastal district of Dakshina Kannada (South Canara) in 1870, by the pioneers of the Apostolic Carmel, and stands 147 years later as beacon-taking giant strides guided by the motto 'Excelsior'. Ann's High School for girls in Mangalore at a most difficult time. I would like to place on record my deep appreciation of the long line of past Headmistresses' for their far-sighted visionary leadership in developing the school to its present status.

I would also like to thank the past and present teachers for their untiring dedication and commitment to producing exceptional results in all fields of education. I extend my hearty appreciation to all its students for bringing fame and recognition to the school through their outstanding achievements. For nearly one and a half centuries Annettes(Alumnae) have been trained to excel in all curricular and co-curricular activities, whilst inculcating sound values and high principles within a Christian framework, to face with confidence and poise the challenges in an ever-changing global environment.
