National Kannada Education Society (NKES), a 80 year old educational Institution started Sir M Visvesvaraya Institute of Management studies and research (SVIMS) which offers a 2 year full time AICTE approved, MMS program affiliated to Mumbai University.The SVIMS campus at Wadala West, in the heart of Mumbai city, has a state of art, corporate styled Infrastructure.Armed with a Wi-Fi campus and a well equipped library that includes latest national and international journals, it also has E-learning support from EBSCO, CRISIL database of industries, Market Value Xenius database etc to supplement information to students beyond the curriculum as prescribed by University of Mumbai.
