W elcome to TLC : We are a school that promotes holistic education of a child. Our students discover and realize their true potential by promoting independent thinking. Our classrooms are happy, safe and positive environments which enhance the natural progression of learning. Our English curriculum is fun and helps our children practice and develop their literacy skills. Our small class size provides our students with individual attention. TLC is driven by high expectation and accountability. Here at TLC we strive to create a family atmosphere where all stakeholders - teachers, students, and parents - work hand-in-hand to enhance our community. This builds the intrinsic motivation necessary for student success. Our students and parents are happy with the high academic standards at TLC. Why Us ? Our name, The Learning Curve International School (TLC), was intentionally chosen so as to convey two meanings with our initials: our school name, and the phrase, "Tender, Loving Care". The vision of TLC is to fulfil both meanings of our initials: to be an institute that sets the standard of education for our region, as well as provides caring support for the holistic development of our students. Our name also indicates that we strive to be a truly international school by welcoming and supporting students from every continent. By doing so, our students will gain a global worldview that will better prepare them for success in a future that is continuously becoming more globally-focused. Our school aims to set the standard in the holistic education of our students; partnering with parents to support, prepare and inspire success in every aspect of the students lives in the global community : educationally, professionally, emotionally, socially, physically and creatively.
