Geeta Trust was started by Late Shri Pralhadbhai B Patel (popularly known as PB Patel) in the interiors of Vadnagar Taluka at Transwad village. He was a teacher by profession and started Sanskar Sishu Vihar (Bal Mandir) under the aegis of Geeta Trust in the year 1976. In the year 1977 he started Sanskar Vidyalay that provided education up to higher secondary section.

The sole aim of P B Patel Shaheb to start educational activity in the interiors of Vadnagar Taluka was to provide the rural poor and middle class children with quality educational facilities at affordable cost. He wanted to make people aware about the benefits of being literate. He believed that education is not business but it is the dharma or religion. And this policy of PB Shaheb is followed by his son Shri Mukesh P Patel.
