About Tura Christian College

Tura Christian College is a private aided college in West Garo Hills, Meghalaya, established in 2018. Campusbells lists it under General. Approvals and accreditation: NIRF.

It began with a vision: an educational sanctuary that imparts knowledge and fosters holistic growth. Tura Christian College is a community initiative of the Garo Baptist Association No. IV under the Garo Baptist Convention (ABDK), established in July 2018. We foster academic and career success through critical thinking, communication, creativity, and cultural awareness in a safe, accessible, affordable learning environment. Affiliated to North Eastern Hill University, Shillong, we offer undergraduate programmes in Arts and Commerce—and we are the only institution in the Garo Hills to offer Anthropology as a subject.

Welcome to Tura Christian College, a place where knowledge meets purpose and ambition transforms into achievement.

Keeping our motto in view, “Begin well, finish well”, we believe in emphasizing the importance of starting any task, journey or endeavour with dedication, focus and a positive mind set, while also ensuring that it is completed with the same level of commitment and excellence.
