Founded in 1951 by the visionary late Shri Shiv Ram Das Gulati, the United Group of Institutions (UGI) began as a transport business and has since grown into a prominent name in education, services, transportation, and media. Over the decades, the Group has expanded its horizons, continuously evolving to meet the needs of a changing world.

In the mid-1980s, the United Group made a pivotal move into education, becoming one of the first institutions in the region to introduce computer education. This strategic leap into the educational sector marked the beginning of UGI’s commitment to excellence and innovation in learning.

Today, UGI stands as a hallmark of academic quality, with nine state-of-the-art institutions located in Prayagraj (formerly Allahabad) and Greater Noida.
