Overview
Usha Martin University was set up in 2012 vide Usha Martin University, Jharkhand Act 2012, to carry its mandate of providing inclusive quality higher education in different fields for sustainable development of the society in the state of Jharkhand and be in conformity with the priorities of the Ministry of Education, Govt. of Jharkhand.The University is duly recognised by the University Grants Commission under Sec. 2(f) of UGC Act 1956 as a self-financing Private University.
