The creation of dynamic young women who are academically proficient and financially independent, socially committed and morally upright.

To develop a centre of academic excellence which will provide both knowledge and skills to meet the challenges of today’s fast - changing scenario. We believe that our students will be the agents of change in the community for whom the College was set up and in the larger society.

The Rose is for Love and Charity, the Lily for Purity, the Palms for the Victory of all the Saints, and their never ending glory. A Candle with an orange flame against a dark blue background symbolises the Light of Goodness that chases away evil, the Light of Knowledge that dispels ignorance. The words of our College Motto LEAD KINDLY LIGHT are the words of Cardinal Newman, asking for God's Light to lead him on, step by step, to the knowledge of the Truth.

Lead kindly light, amid the encircling gloom, Lead Thou me on! The night is dark and I am far from home, Lead Thou me on! Keep Thou my feet; I do not ask to see The distant scene, one step enough for me.
