Overview
Binoda Law College is an educational Institution affiliated to the Kazi Nazrul University, Asansol (Ref.No. IC/KNU/Aff/201/23, Dated - 28.06.2023) & approved by the Bar Council of India (BCI:302/2024(LE/App/Afflin , Dated - 19.03.2024). It offers 5 years integrated B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) & 3 years LL.B. (Hons.) courses of study teaching-learning process. The programmes seek to promote multi-disciplinary analysis of the socio-legal problems. The University’s course-structure and teaching methods designed to realize and achieve these objectives in a practical manner. The methods of teaching and learning in Binoda Law College (BLC) include lecture, discussions, soft-skill and communication skill, law case analysis, personality development, moot court training, seminars, project-assignment and placement programmes. In addition, BLC organizes Legal aid programmes on contemporary legal issues, conducts clinical courses and trains students in legal research and legal writing.
