Overview
Dharampur is a small town with Sub-division headquarter located towards north for about 22 Kilometres from Sarkaghat and north-west from the district headquarter Mandi for about 65 Kilometres. The town is situated on the left bank of Soun Khad. It has made tremendous development in the past two decades. Govt. College Dharampur, Distt. Mandi (H.P.) was formally opened by the State Govt. vide Notification No. EDN-A(Kha)-(16)-10/95-III-loose dated 17.12.2006. The Hon’ble Chief Minister Sh. Virbhadra Singh inaugurated the newly constructed building of the college on 14th Feb., 2016 and renamed it as Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Govt. Degree College Dharampur. It has it’s a beautiful campus with a big play ground. It is a co-educational institution imparting meaningful and career building education in the undergraduate faculty of Humanities, Science & Commerce. The college is also providing facilities for various co-curricular, cultural and sports activities for the overall personality development of the students.
