The present building of the Institution at 170-172 Raja Dinendra Street, Calcutta-700004 was constructed in the year 1926. S. (Licentiate in Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery), Vishagratna.
After its affiliation of the General Council and State Faculty of Ayurvedic Medicine , Bengal in 1937 the Institution was following the course of studies and curriculum as laid down by the said body. The General council and State Faculty of Ayurvedic Medicine were subsequently succeeded by the Paschim Banga Ayurved Parishad since 1961 to which the Institution is affiliated.
