Before 1997, there were no Catholic English Medium Schools in Kinnigoli. Hence the need was felt by the people of Kinnigoli to have an English Medium School for their children to study and progress in life. As a response to the repeated request of the public, Maryvale Primary School came into existence which later grew up as a High School in June 2006under the patronage of Mary, Mother of God.
The school with its motto 'Education for fullness of life' strives hard to offer the best to the students. The Staff is dedicated with a single minded devotion towards the welfare of the students. In 10 years around 800 students have completed their SSLC with outstanding results.
The academic year 2016-17 has 276 students on roll.
